WELCOME!
Are the strategies you developed to survive your past now getting in the way of living the life you want in the present?
If you feel the heavy cost of relational struggle, you likely carry clever, complex strategies just to stay connected and safe. These adaptations, whether it's monitoring the room, disappearing a little, or chronic people-pleasing, once worked. Now, they may be leaving you feeling isolated, fundamentally unseen, or unsure where you end and others begin.
This space is for you.
For those navigating life as neurodiverse, queer, gender-expansive, or anyone burdened by the echoes of complex trauma, my practice is a place to put down those heavy strategies. I believe we are shaped in relationship, and it is in safe connection that we grieve and become more resilient.
Our work is rooted in honesty. We curiously examine those adaptations, not to judge them, but to loosen what’s become too tight, allowing more of your true self to come into view. My stance is relational and psychodynamic, grounded in the belief that resilience happens when we make space for the complex truth of your experience.
